NEXT DAY, MAYBELLINE COLLEGE**

“Tommorow is the departmental trip?, How come we’re just hearing about it?” Izzy said surprisingly when Molly announced.

Molly is the class rep.

” I’m sorry but it’s not my fault, tommorow is lecture free cos the weather forecasters says it’s gonna rain from 10am till maybe the end of tommorow” Molly replied.

” So .. where are we going?” Bae asked

“Our family vacation house, it’s big enough to accommodate two hundred people, it has more than 120 rooms” Molly replied.

” Where’s it located at?” Craig asked.

“Cheongdam-dong” Polly replied arrogantly.

” Ok so when are we leaving?” Trinidad asked.

“Early tommorow morning by 8, we’ll get there before 10″ Molly replied.

” When are we coming back?” Linabae asked.

” We’re spending two days so we’ll come back on Thursday morning to resume classes” Molly replied and everyone screamed.

” Are we flying?” Craig asked.

” No, the school donated two long buses to accommodate us all, the journey is not up to 1hr:30 minutes so it’s of no use to fly” Molly replied.

” All I know is that I want to have fun, ion care if we fly or crawl” Polly replied, praying silently that Genova should come.

“While there, Mr Bong has assignments for us” Molly said and everyone started murmuring.

Polly hit her palms on her table and stood, facing Molly.

“And why will Mr Bong always spoil everything?, Vacation is for having fun, giving us assignments is trash!” She shouted and majority supported her.

Polly is right.

Writing assignments during vacation won’t be fun

“Why do we have you as the class rep when you can’t even fight for us?, Go tell Mr Bong that we’re not interested in the assignment” Polly said.

” I can’t do that” Molly replied seriously and Polly smirked.

*Want my palm on your cheek?” She said.

” You don’t dare” Molly replied.

“If you guys don’t want assignment during the vacation, then vacation cancelled” Mr Bong said, entering the class.

Everyone went silent and Polly folded her arms under her b**bs.

“And who are you to make such a rule, you’re just a darned lecturer” Polly glared.

” What!” Mr Bong said and Polly laughed.

” My dad is still one of the three major contributors of this school!” She said.

” Can you hear yourself?, One of the three major contributors… not the major owner…. Genova and Reece Alejandro are the sons of the second major contributor too, why aren’t they behaving like a mentally sick person like you” Molly said.

” Mentally sick?” Polly said unbelievably.

” And the third person…the first contributor and the head owner of the school, Mrs Maybelline, she’s not as pompous as you are…. it’s amusing that you aren’t in a psychiatric hospital, wearing a patient gown” Genova added and Polly almost cried.

” Did you all gang up against me?, I hate everyone!!!!” She screamed, scattering her hair.

” She’ll soon get out of hand, psycho virus can be destructive” Linabae said and Izzy laughed.

Polly looked at her angrily. “And Why the hell are you laughing!, You don’t have the right to laugh you crazy b*tch!!” She screamed and rushed to her.

She started pulling Izzy’s hair while Izzy did the same.

“I hate you!!!” Polly screamed.

“It’s mutual psycho patient” Izzy replied, pulling her hair more.

Polly screamed out when Izzy overpowered her and surprisingly, no one bothered to separate them.

“The washroom, flamy poison, you did it right!, You did it!” Izzy screamed, hitting Polly on the face.

Bae smiled, folding her arms across her chest as she watched satisfactorily, so far Izzy is getting the upper hand then it’s cool.

“Polly’s wing got cut” Craig mocked.

“She was wingless from the start, she just loves bragging about what she lacks” Genova muttered, wearing his headphones.

” Badass got beaten up… today is fun” Reece smiled.

Quincy stood from her seat and took Polly from Izzy, she pushed her and Polly fell on a chair.

“Are you out of your mind?” Polly demanded with bruised face.

” I’ve not thought about it….you almost got me killed you psycho!” She yelled, pulling her hair too.

Anytime Polly tries to pull hers, she hits her hand away.

Quincy made sure to wound her before letting her go.

Polly sat shamefully on the ground while everyone stared at her.

She stayed that way for almost ten minutes before standing slowly.

Her hair is scattered over her face as a result of the fight.

She looked up and her eyes are glassy already.

“Is she gonna cry?” Craig said surprisingly.

Polly pushed Izzy and Quincy out of the way before rushing out of the class.

“Serves her right” Linabae said, standing up.

She stroked Izzy and Quincy’s hair at a time.

“Good job my babies” she said and they both smiled.

Molly left the class and went to the only place she knew she’d find Polly at.

She’s sitting on a bench right there, crying slowly.

She got to her and sat beside her.

“Get lost” Polly sniffed, wiping her tears.

“You’re weak, I’ve always known” Molly smiled.

” I told you to get lost!!!” Polly screamed.

“Your voice is always changing cos you scream always, your throat will hurt always I’m sure” Molly said and Polly stood.

The tears on her face has disappeared.

“I’ll wound you if you don’t stop butting in” she said and Molly stood.

” Just turn a new leaf…you have no one beside you… Trinidad was in class earlier yet she couldn’t save you” Molly said.

” I have Red, if he gets to know, he’ll kill them” Polly replied

“The stupid guy who loves you blindly?, The one you don’t love at all?, How funny” Molly smiled.

” He knows I’m using him and he’s ready to let me use him, so leave me alone!” Polly yelled.

” Whatever…. and…so far he’s not in our department…he mustn’t appear at the vacation house tommorow” Molly said.

” Ion care, he’s coming, I need him to protect me so he’s coming with me… take it or leave it” Molly replied and left.

ROOFTOP**

Quincy climbed up and couldn’t hide her surprise when she saw the table that was placed there.

Varieties of meals were on it, looking delicious.

Reece is sitting on one side of the table already, smiling at her.

He actually texted her to meet him there.

“Come fast” he said and she smiled as she walked to the table, she sat on the second chair.

“I wanted to eat lunch with you” he said and she blushed heavily.

” I love everything here especially the tuna fish” she said.

” You love the fish?” He asked.

” Yes, my dad loves it a lot and I love everything my dad loves, so I love it too” she replied.

Reece smiled and took the chopsticks, he picked some fish and offered her.

“Say ha” he said and she shyly opened her mouth.

He fed her and she chewed slowly.

“How’s it?” He asked.

“It’s delicious, for the fact that you also fed me” she replied happily and he continued feeding her.

*I love you so much Reece* she thought, looking into his bright eyes as he fed her.

“Ree” she suddenly called.

“Yes?” He replied, stopping the feeding.

“Do you like Quincy Norbert?” She asked and he looks surprised.

” Ion understand”

“Her manager is my guardian, she told me you met with her and you guys exchanged lines, she said you won’t stop calling her” Quincy said

Reece remembered the rude lady he met at her ward in Cheon hospitals the other time.

*So she’s the one* he thought.

*Then I have to stop communicating with Quincy for the meantime, this dummy will soon fall into my trap anyways, once that happens, then I can go back to Quincy* he further thought.

“Reece?” She called.

“Huh…I mean…yes I got her number and we do communicate but…i just respect her cos she’s my celebrity crush, nothing more” he replied and she smiled.

” I’m relieved” she said and he continued feeding her.

“We’re getting there, you can’t stop falling till you spit it out, then you’ll know my true intentions, I’ll have the fun I want” he thought.

LATER, QUINCY’S MANSION**

She won’t stop kissing the handkerchief in which Reece signed his autograph, she’s crazy obsessed with it and takes it everywhere.

She came out of the car with Kimberly and kissed the handkerchief again.

“Gosh!, I love him” she gushed excitedly.

“I promise not to say sorry when it lands” Kimberly said.

” What’s landing?” Quincy replied.

“Nothing” Kimberly said and noticed a new red car in the garage.

“Wait… this is not yours” she said.

Quincy looked at it. “Of course” she said.

The door opened and Antonio Norbert came out.

Quincy was shocked, surprised and happy at a time.

“Appa! (Dad!) She screamed and rushed to hug him.

“Quin?, Is this really you?” He said, not believing his eyes.

“I just had to transform” she replied, breaking the hug.

Antonio removed her wig and glasses, her original hair dropped down her shoulders.

“It’s really my daughter” he smiled.

Quincy hugged him again.

” Bogo sipeo appa ( I miss you dad ) she said.

Antonio stroked her hair fondly.

“Speak what I understand will you?” He replied and she giggled.

“I mean…I missed you dad” she smiled

“I missed you more, that’s why I came” he replied.

” You specially came to see me or you came for business and branched here” she said suspiciously.

” Trust me, I came for you” he replied.

” I love you so much dad…let’s go in” she said.

” Good day sir” Kimberly greeted.

” Kim, thanks for taking care of her….I owe you a lot” he said and Kimberly smiled

” She needs a lot of care like a baby, I’m ready to give it since you asked for it sir” she replied.

Antonio went in with Quincy and looked around.

“Just what you like” he said

“Sure dad, it’s cozy right?” She replied.

“Yeah, I want to eat dinner with you, get dressed we’re going out” he said and Quincy jumped happily.

” Just a moment dad” she said and rushed upstairs with Kimberly.

” Help me dress up, I must look as simple as possible, I’m eating dinner with my pappi” she winked and Kimberly helped her into a free nude coloured gown.

She applied light makeup before picking her purse

She left the house with her dad and they went to a private restaurant where they sat and ate, chatting along.

“So… how’s the hunt so far?” He asked and she quickly clicked on Reece’s picture on her phone, she showed Antonio.

“He has the eyes of a flirt, his face looks mischievous, ion like him” he said and Quincy frowned.

” Everyone says he’s a flirt but I see him differently. He’s a celebrity, yet he talks to me despite my camouflage ugly appearance, he’s sweet and cool trust me” she replied

” Everyone says he’s a flirt?, Antonio said.

“Well…yes, but he’s not” she defended.

“There must be a reason why everyone says that, you got here a week ago remember?, You don’t even know him well, Be careful” Antonia replied.

” Dad…

“Just because you want a stable love life doesn’t mean you have to act desperate Quin, be really careful… please…I love you very much and I don’t want you to cry anymore, you’re the only one I have” Antonio said seriously and she smiled.

” I’ll be careful… we’re going for vacation tommorow” she said.

” Have fun, I won’t be going back till Wednesday but I guess I won’t be seeing you again before I go,… Stay away from cold water….I don’t want you to get sick” he said.

” Saranghe appa (I love you dad)” she said.

” Nado saranghe ddal (I love you too daughter)” he replied

“You can still speak Korean, stop pretending!” She laughed.

” Silly girl” he laughed too.

THE ALEJANDRO’S MANSION***

” Congratulations on your concert” Max said Immediately he stepped into the house.

He wasn’t around since three days ago, he’s just returning from a business trip.

“Dad” Genova smiled, walking to meet him.

He hugged him immediately he got to him.

“adeul (son)” he smiled.

“How was your trip?” He asked, breaking the hug.

” It went well, congrats on your concert once again, heard it was a blast” Max said.

” Yes dad, it was bomb” he replied .

” Dad!” Reece said, just coming downstairs.

He came to give him a hug too and Hanna showed up.

“Yeobo (honey)” she smiled, hugging him next.

“How are you?” He asked.

“I missed you” she replied and he only smiled.

“I’ll walk you to your room dad” Reece said.

“No don’t worry, Genny come with me” he replied, leading the way in.

Genova followed happily while Reece fumed.

“That bastard” he said.

Hanna held him.

“Don’t be too harsh, he’s still your brother” she said.

” I hate him” he replied and left.

Hanna sighed and walked in too.

NEXT DAY… MAYBELLINE COLLEGE PARK**

The BA students crowded the park, each with his or her bag, ready for the trip.

Craig came out of Genova’s car with him and maids dragged their bags behind.

Genova never wanted to come but Craig can be a pest, he pestered him till he gave in.

“Craig!” Bae waved from her spot and he waved back.

He saw Izzy beside her and Izzy quickly looked away.

“She definitely knows everything that happened on the orientation day, that wicked girl, yet she left me to get bits by bits of memory” he muttered to himself.

Quincy’s eyes met with Genova’s and they both looked away from each other instantly.

Polly appeared with Red and Trinidad and Molly went to her.

“I thought I said Red is not allowed, the vacation it exclusively for BA students, he’s an history student so he should excuse us” Molly said and Polly smiled.

” Who owns the vacation house?, It’s our late grandparents, and that’s why it was named THE KANG’S VACATION HOUSE, get lost” she said and left Molly standing.

Reece appeared last , dressed to kill, girls gasped at his outfit.

Quincy smiled immediately he appeared and adjusted her glasses .

He winked at only her though it was done secretly.

She smiled wider .

The long buses arrived and everyone went in with their bags

It’s two seats per row.

Linabae sat with Izzy while Quincy sat with Reece behind them.

Craig sat with Genova in front of them.

Polly sat on the other column with Trinidad beside her and Red behind.

The drive started early and the girls in the front suggested that someone should sing.

No one replied and Craig nudged Genova.

“Sing” he whispered.

“Is your brain insane?, It’s already enough that I came to this f*cking vacation, ion want to sing” he replied.

“Genny jebbaaaal (Genny pleeaase)” he pleaded, taking his hand

” I regret coming to this vacation already” he replied, taking his hand from Craig.

” Genny will sing!” Craig said loudly and everyone turned to him.

“I wish I could just kill you and toss your dead body into Han river” Genova glared.

” Genny sing!”

“Genny sing!”

“Sing sing Genny!

Everyone started screaming to his irritation.

He covered his ears with his palms.

“Quiet everyone” Craig said and the noise died down.

Genova glared at Craig before clearing his throat, then he started singing.

“I sang what came to my mind” Genova replied and wore his headphones before resting on his chair.

Craig did the same and they both slept off till the end of the journey.

They got to the vacation house and alighted from the buses.

THE KANG’S VACATION HOUSE was written boldly in front of the big mansion.

It’s really really magnificent, just like a castle, it’s gigantic.

Polly and Molly led the way in and they all entered.

Seventy students went for the vacation so it’s a full house.

“No one has the right to intervene in anything I do, else…my bouncer right here will beat them blue black, right Red?” Polly said.

” Of course baby” Red replied and Polly went upstairs with him.

They’re are more than ten stairs, leading to different parts of the rooms.

“You guys are free to walk around by yourselves, check everything out before we’ll choose rooms” Molly said.

Everyone disseminated and climbed different stairs.

Quincy smiled, not surprised at all.

Her dad’s vacation house in Australia is a senior to this.

Instead of looking around, she looked for Reece with her eyes, not concentrating on the stairs she’s climbing.

Quincy was expecting to land on the ground any moment from then but an arm wrapped around her waist, catching her.

The familiar lavender chamomile scent filled her nose again.

She looked at Genova’s blank face and her eyes widened in her glasses.
