She had called both Hilda and Laura into the drawing room. She wanted to talk to them over two good reasons.

First was to kill the boredom she was beginning to feel as Kaden has ordered for a pause in her practice. He wanted her to have a break.

” Is there a problem, Miss?” Hilda asked.

” Is there really a problem, Ana? ”

” I think so. ” She said.

” What is it? ” They asked in unison.

” I wanna ask you guys a question. ”

” Sure, go ahead. ”

” If someone has to touched your stomach and say you were expecting someone soon, what does it mean? ” She threw at them.

Laura and Hilda both stared at themselves for a while before bursting into a long lasted laughter.

” What?” She asked, darting her eyes at the both of them. ” Did I say something funny?”

” No, no, of course not.” Laura forced herself to stop laughing. ” You didn’t say anything funny. ”

” So, about what I said, what does it mean? ” She repeated.

” Ana, to be honest with you, I think she’s definitely trying to tell you that you’ll e pregnant soon. ” Laura stated.

” Yes, ” Hilda concord. ” Talking about expecting someone with a hand placed on the womb, means she isn’t referring to anyone but a child in your womb. ”

” But I haven’t noticed any strange sign lately. ”

” Not every woman experience those strange signs. Sometimes, it takes them unawares. ”

” S… So, that means… I am pregnant? ”

” Possibly. ” Laura said, with a shrug.

” Why don’t you tell The Master, I’m pretty sure he’s gonna be excited to hear the good news. ” Hilda suggested.

” No, not now. ” I refused.

” Why?” They asked in unison.

” I want to make it a surprise to him. Besides, the bump isn’t out yet so, he might think I’m only making it up. ”

” Yeah, you’re right. ” Laura agreed. ” Kaden loves surprises.”

” Well, that’s why I called you two. I don’t think I have any other thing to say. ” She turned to Hilda, ” please serve us wine. ”

” Yes, Miss.” She left to get the wine, while the both of them went into another version of discussion.

Ana has promised herself not let anyone else know about her dreams except from Kaden. She can’t risk seeing anyone having sleepless nights.

And the fact that she met with the Goddess made her excited. She smirked but ended up laughing.

Laura who has been pinching her fingers stopped, darting her gaze to her. She rose an eyebrow at Ana, is she going nuts or what exactly?

” Are you alright? Or do I have to call Kaden’s attention?”

She laughed the more,” You won’t understand. ”

” I will understand only if you tell me.”

” Laura, honestly, it’s a long story and you’re gonna hate me if I tell you. ”

She rolled her eyes at her, ” I won’t hate you for anything.”Go ahead, tell me.”

” I can’t remember the last time I ever watched cartoons, I mean I saw myself watching one in my dream. And guess what, it’s spongebob squarepants! ”

Laura continued biting her finger, acting like she never heard a thing. ” That was the most hilarious dream I have ever heard.”

” I told ya, you’re gonna hate me if I told you. ” I checked the wall clock. ” What’s keeping Hilda so long? It’s almost like ten minutes now. ”

” Something might have come up down there. ”

Just then, Hilda walked in with the tray of wine in her hands. ” I’m sorry for keeping you guys waiting, something happened. ”

” What is it? ” Ana asked, taking the glass of wine from her.

” The kitchen almost caught fire so we all had to put it out as soon as possible. ” She offered Laura a glass too.

Sitting back in the chair she once sat, she held hers in her hand. ” Thankfully, nothing was damaged.” She sipped on her drink.

” What about Kaden, is he aware of it?”

” Nope, he’s out to town with Coen, that’s actually what I heard though. ”

Ana was sipping on her wine but her mind wasn’t with her. She was staring at both Hilda and Laura but the didn’t understand the meaning of those stares.

She has started missing them already. Concerning her vision and what the Moon Goddess had said, ” There will be no survival.” She felt the end of time approaching nigh.

She didn’t notice she had gulped all the wine at once, she was biting the cup and the sound of it got the other two girl’s attention.

” Ana, Ana!” Laura yelled, causing her to shiver. ” what are you doing?”

” What am I doing? ” She asked.

” What were you even thinking? You almost broke the glass with your teeth. ”

” I… I didn’t know. ”

” You could have requested for another glass of wine instead of biting it. You’ve been out for a while and that’s the reason you didn’t realize what you were doing. Tell me, what’s going on with you?”

” Nothing, Laura, it’s nothing. I was just thinking… ”

” About your crazy silly dreams? ” Laura scoffed, ” Come on, Ana, I’m not a kid you can throw a lie at and I’ll just believe. There’s something going on with you and you aren’t telling anyone about it.

It’s eating you up and it won’t stop until we help you. You can talk to me about anything, I’m ready to listen. ”

Ana shook her head, ” I already told you, I’m alright. ” She stands up, ” I think I need some rest.” She left the room for them.

” Do you think she’s really alright? ” Hilda asked, sipping the last drink in her glass cup.

” I don’t think so. She’s been acting secretive since her return from the Amazon Home. I didn’t want to be too inquisitive about it but, I don’t know why. I feel like it’s some thing bigger. ”

” I don’t want to look poky into this matter but, maybe you should just ask Alpha Kaden instead, besides he’s your brother. ”

” Yeah, you’re right. ”

She took off her shirt, and she was only putting on her jean and bra. She threw herself on the bed, exhaling heavily.

Though, she knew she sounded rude back there but she didn’t regret it. They won’t understand why she prefers to be this secretive about herself.

Besides, not everyone deserves to know.

It took her so long to be so open to Kaden about what she is and what she sees, and it’s definitely not so easy to just explain the whole fact to Laura.

Kaden walked in, he paused at the door as he saw Illiana’s worried face. ” What’s troubling you?” He asked, drawing her attention.

She adjusted her body to one side, resting her head on her left hand. ” A lot of things are troubling me. ”

He shut the door behind him, ” Things like what?” He asked again.

” I don’t know. Laura thinks I’m being so secretive. She wants to know what it is I am keeping from her. ”

” Did you tell her anything?”

” No, I walked out of her. I didn’t mean to be so rude to her but… I likewise can’t risk to watch her get worried about me. ”

He took off his shirt placing it on the hanger stand. ” You know, she came to my office few minutes ago. She did ask me about you. Honestly, she looks concerned, and I won’t blame her for that. ”

” I know. But I’ll it get her concerned the more if I tell her about the visions. ”

” You don’t have to. I already explained to her. ”

” Do you think she will believe you?”

” Laura always do believe me, she’s probably will now.”

Illiana sighs heavily.

He laid gently on the bed, his weight pushing it down. He leaned his face to her chest, kissing between her breasts. ” It’s okay to be worried, but don’t let it over take you. ” He whispered, kissing her chest again.
