“Mom, you’re here?” Wu Mei forced out a smile. She put down the documents in her hand and stood up to welcome Mother Wu.

Mother Wu cleared her throat and sat on the sofa. She grumbled, “You keep everything from me. Do you really think you can hide it?”

“I didn’t.” Wu Mei refused to admit it.

Mother Wu glared at her and slammed her phone on the table. “Don’t you know how to read it yourself?”

Wu Mei’s expression turned ugly.. She had already arranged for someone to remove the news from the internet.
