” isn’t she pretty?”

some students cooed as Rosella walked past them The place was so rowdy and she had to squeeze her way through.

it’s obvious, Rosella is one of the prettiest girls in St Louis high.
and being pretty has always got her some friends and lot of enemies.

she sashayed her way through the crowd to meet her siblings, Roy and Dianne. who had been waiting for her since forever.

“hey guys.”

she beamed as she stopped before them.
excitement reeked all her system cause today is finally the day.

Onlookers stared at the triplets, Rosella, Dianne and Roy as they reunited.

“geez!. what took you so darn long Rosella?.. ” Dianne frowned a little.

“sorry, I was caught up with the crowd. have you guys checked yet. ” she apologized and continued.

“no. Diane insisted we waited for you.” Roy replied with an eye roll.

” what!. let’s check. I’m so so anxious. ”
Rosella giggled as she hurried towards the notice board.

“everybody knows she’s going to pass. ”

some students whispered to each other as Rosella stopped abruptly before the notice board.
Diane rolled her eyes at their statement.
She knew Rosella was going to pass. yeah, all thanks for being smart,..

“I passed!…” Rosella screamed in happiness.

it was their final day in highschool and the results were out.
she just passed out from highschool with cool grades.

“guys!” she called out to Roy and Dianne.

“see. I passed” she laughed happily.

” I knew you were going to pass. ”
his voice startled the three of them,.. they turned to see him, standing right behind Rosella.

“oh,.. Nelson.” Diane stuttered.
her stomach began to drain in butterflies.

this was her forever crush,.. one of the coolest guys in Louis high.

She can’t even recall how long she’s been having an undying crush on him.

“Nelson.. I uhn.. I didn’t know you were still around. ” Rosella finally said after a long gawk at him.

“yeah. I’m still around. I’m glad you made it passed high school. ” he flashed his killer smile and Dianne felt bumps on her skin.
too bad the smile wasn’t for her anyway.

“thanks.” Rosella blushed.

“hi,. Nelson”
Diane waved with a shy smile. At least, he should notice her Presence too and not make her feel more hurt.

“oh.. hi Diane… you passed too, right..?”

“yeah.. no.. I mean, I haven’t checked, but I know I passed. ” she forced a smooth laugh as she breath out, feeling rather nervous.

“what about you Nelson,? did you pass?”.. Rosella asked.

“yes. I did” he replied with a small smile.

“congrats then. ”

“yeah. congrats to us. ” he added,..

“sure. ” Rosella nodded.

“alright. see you around. ”

he waved at her before walking out of her presence.

Diane kept her eyes fixated on him,.

That was Nelson draco. whom she’s had a crush on since forever.

well, he’s also a family friend. and they’ve known since childhood even if he’s best acquainted with Rosella, and not her. duh!.

Diane walked towards the notice board and searched thoroughly for her name, till she finally saw it.

“did you pass?”
Rosella asked.

Diane’s face fell immediately.

this wasn’t what she expected.
why was hers different from Rosella’s???…

she checked her name over and over again and it was still the same result.

she saw the Ernest look on Rosella’s face as she waited for her response.

angrily,.. she walked out on her siblings.

“what just happened.?”
Roy asked as he watched his sister walk away.

“Dianne!”

Rosella called out but she simply ignored and hastened her steps out of the hall.

Dianne’s Pov

Diane sashayed her out of the hall. she wasn’t too conscious of where she was going when she suddenly bumped into Laura.

“watch it darnit. ”

” jeez Laura. I’m sorry. ”
I quickly apologized.
I wasn’t focused.

Laura gave me a funny look as if examining my face when she suddenly popped out a question.

“are you okay?”

I looked away.

it’s definite I’m not okay. a bit though.

“I’m fine. ” I lied.

Laura is just a classmate that’s all. but lately, she has been trying to be more than that to me. she is a classy girl,.. every school has that silly bitch , let’s just say Laura Happened to be the one in St Louis high.
she’s classy, and well pretty

” I doubt” she shook her head with a scoff and then continued.

“lemme guess, you checked your result and Rosella Happened to get the lead score, again. ” she said with an eye roll.

my brows furrowed, I turned to look away from her.
“Am I that obvious?.” I swallowed hard.

” Everybody knows you can never best Rosella. No matter how any one try. Her iq is just too unique”
She added. That hurts.

” Thanks for making me feel better” I shot her a dead glare, about taking a leave when she stopped me.

well, that seems to be the problem. Rosella always get the upper hand. I wonder why. she’s just too bright compared to me and somehow, it makes me feel…. jealous.

“that shouldn’t kill your mood. you know. let’s go grab some ice cream. ” she urge as she pulled me along not even waiting for my consent.

” but why does she have to get the upper hand all the time?.. she’s my parents favorite and it’s obvious why. ”
I continued as I ate from my cold cream.
I was feeling so bitter.

“you should stop thinking about that. you passed. that’s all that matters. Rosella is just different. ”

I paused.
then, giving her a puzzled look.

“what do you mean, different?”

“don’t be silly Diane. Rosella is different and you know it. she’s the smartest, brightest and prettiest too. ”

oh. I know. did she have to remind the about that?.

“she’s so different from you and Roy. how come you guy’s are siblings or awkwardly triplets?. ” she scoffed.

” she’s still my sister. that can’t change.”
I rolled my eyes.

I was getting tired of the atmosphere already. I lost my appetite and just watched the ice cream melt on it’s own.

Rosella is the smartest, brightest and most beautiful. she’s so different.
it always makes me feel somehow towards her.
I hate this feeling so much.

“Maybe she’s different for a reason. triplets aren’t always the same. don’t you think?. ” I said. trying to make myself feel a little better.

“she’s got all the bright and special sides Diane. doesn’t that bother you?. ”

“well it does. but there’s nothing I can do goddamit. !”
I gritted but Laura barely flinched.

“have you forgotten, your biggest crush is hitting on her too?.. ”

“Nelson?”
I blinked hard.

“well yeah. Nelson likes Rosella. silly head. haven’t you noticed? sooner or later he’s gonna ask her out and I’m sure Rosella will give in. ”
She added.

I felt my heart stop for a moment.
but on a second thought.

“if Nelson likes my sister, he can have her. I can’t fight with my sister because of that. they deserve each other.”

I robbed my palms together and tried hard to hide the hurt in my face.

I was badly hurt by what she just said.

but still…. Rosella is my sister.

” you are so naive Diane. you’re timid. wait till she takes all the credits leaving you with sheds. ”

she got up and walked away after saying that.

I blinked hard.

Rosella isn’t a bad person. if she’s anything good now, she deserves it because she has a sweet soul.

Maybe Laura is just trying to get in my head.

I won’t fight my sister for any reason.

Rosella is my blood and I love her.
